This week, we sat down with Jordan, our Director of Digital Marketing, to learn more about his journey to vitalink, the work that inspires him, and what makes the company culture so unique.

  1. How did you first come to vitalink, and what made you want to stay?

I actually started on the Forma side, and joined vitalink when Forma was acquired in 2024. What made staying an easy call was that the brand and the work didn't change, the partnership just gave us more resources to do it well. I believed in what Forma had built, and that belief carried right over.

  1. What is one project or moment at vitalink that you're especially proud of?

The moments I'm proudest of are the quiet ones, like helping a client's site climb to the first page of Google. It's not flashy, but it's proof that the strategy worked, and that kind of result speaks for itself.

  1. What part of your work at vitalink do you find most meaningful?

Hearing directly from clients. Whether it's the excitement after a strong trade show or the buzz right before a new website launch, getting to share in that energy is what makes the work feel worthwhile.

  1. How has your work, or the marketing industry, changed since you started?

Massively. I started in 2020, so I learned how to market through a pandemic before AI and GEO reshaped the landscape all over again. If there's one thing this industry has taught me, it's that you can never get too comfortable for too long.

  1. In one word (or short phrase), how would you describe the culture at vitalink?

Progressive.
