Jeanne Frazer

As the Founder & CEO of Vitalink (est. 1996), Jeanne brings a passion for helping grow organizations that focus on health, education, and equity. Under Jeanne’s leadership, Vitalink has worked with a multitude of organizations to address complex and challenging healthcare issues, including breaking mental health barriers with the elderly; expanding cancer screening programs; reducing COVID hospitalizations and deaths, resulting in the client being recognized by the White House; and overcoming message fatigue with African American, Latino, and youth groups to reduce cigarette and vaping use.

In addition to her professional expertise, Jeanne is a cancer survivor, diabetic, speaker, stepmom, grandmother, competitive horse rider, dog lover, on the board of Cause for Paws, and has served on the Online Learning Consortium (OLC) – Diversity Equity & Inclusion Task Force.
